CA-Licensed Attorney (Remote Contract Position) - eDiscovery & Litigation Support

We are seeking a California-licensed attorney to provide high-level litigation and eDiscovery project support for a variety of matters across our firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who excels in document review, legal analysis, and case support and enjoys working on complex, fast-paced litigation matters in a fully remote setting.
As a valued member of our extended legal team, you will work directly with staff attorneys, eDiscovery counsel, and lead trial attorneys to support active cases across multiple practice areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Level 2 (L2) document review and quality control review
- Prepare and maintain privilege logs
- Draft and refine document review protocols
- Execute and analyze Relativity searches
- Perform legal and factual analysis to support case strategy
- Assist with fact development and case investigation
- Support attorneys in witness preparation
- Collaborate with litigation teams to ensure efficient and defensible discovery processes
- Provide project-based support on matters as assigned throughout the firm
Qualifications
- Active and good standing California Bar license
- Demonstrated experience in eDiscovery and litigation support
- Strong proficiency with Relativity and document review workflows
- Experience with privilege review and privilege log creation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with legal teams
- Prior experience supporting large-scale litigation matters preferred

This is a contract, temporary position and candidates must successfully complete:
- Full firm conflict checks
- Comprehensive background screening conducted through the staffing agency in accordance with our Master Services Agreement (MSA)
- Any additional onboarding requirements prior to project assignment
